With this unwavering focus, NBHR Consulting has emerged as a trailblazer in reshaping how Organisational Capability is perceived and practiced within the small to medium business space.

Camilla holds an MBA HRM with a focus on Organisational Learning and Development. As an Accredited Practitioner Human Synergistic LSI 1 and 2, she is able to assess the thinking and behaviour of an organisation, identify the gaps and create coaching and workforce mentoring solutions. Furthermore, she has recently updated her Teacher and Trainer accreditation to TAE40122 which enables her to utilise fresh industry training and delivery tools and methodologies for organisational capability success.
